Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. However, if your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us at support@matchatime.com within 5 days of receiving your parcel. We may request images of the damaged goods for our records and will assess the issue on a case-by-case basis.

Exchanges (if applicable):
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you believe your product qualifies, please contact us within 5 days of receipt and we will assist you with next steps.
